On Wednesday 13 March 2024, Asia Centre, in partnership with SKEMA Business School, presented the DiploMatrix tool as part of the European China Horizons programme. This tool is used to measure tensions between China and other countries. This was an opportunity to discuss this tool for an hour, with a presentation of the methodology as well as case studies, notably on tensions between China and the Philippines, and tensions between China and Vietnam, which you can find on our website in the DiploMatrix section.
