After 13 years spent at Alcatel-Lucent in charge of promoting commercial services in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Jean-Philippe Eglinger created Việt Pháp Strategies in October 2014, company specialized in information, training and investment for French and Vietnamese SME’s.
Arrived in Hanoi in 1992, where he started learning the Vietnamese culture and language in various universities of the Vietnamese capital, Jean-Philippe was employed at the Political Section of the French Embassy to Vietnam. Then he carried on his professional activities in Vietnam in the private sector, in the fields of media, consulting and telecommunications.
Thanks to his network developed in Vietnam for almost three decades through his university and professional experiences, Jean-Philippe successfully supports French SMEs in Vietnam. This support is coupled with a “business environment” approach essential to apprehend and perform in Vietnam.
Jean-Philippe is also a Lecturer in Vietnamese Economics and intercultural management at INALCO (National Institute for Oriental Languages and Civilizations), Institute where Jean-Philippe had previously defended his Doctoral Thesis. Jean-Philippe is also teaching at the Sorbonne Nouvelle university and at the CNAM; He is also a visiting researcher/professor at Thăng Long University (Hanoi – Vietnam) working on
Moreover, Jean-Philippe attended the 195th Session of the Institute of Higher National Defense Studies and holds a MBA from the Economic Warfare School in the field of Business Intelligence.

Après 13 ans passés chez Alcatel-Lucent en charge de la promotion commerciale des Services sur la zone Europe, Moyen Orient, Afrique, Jean-Philippe Eglinger travaille depuis octobre 2014 au développement de son entreprise, Việt Pháp Strategies, une structure spécialisée dans l’information économique, la formation et l’accompagnement de PME/PMI/Incubateurs français au Vietnam.
Jean-Philippe a commencé sa carrière professionnelle au Vietnam. Arrivé à Hanoi en 1992, il a débuté son apprentissage de la culture et de la langue vietnamiennes dans différentes universités de la capitale vietnamienne.
Employé à la Chancellerie politique de l’Ambassade de France à Hanoi de 1995 à 1998, Jean-Philippe a ensuite poursuivi ses activités professionnelles au Vietnam dans le secteur privé, dans les domaines de la presse, du consulting et des télécommunications.
Fort de son réseau développé au Vietnam depuis près de trois décennies à travers ses expériences universitaires et professionnelles, Jean-Philippe accompagne avec succès des PME françaises au Vietnam. Cet accompagnement est doublé d’une approche « environnement des affaires » indispensable à la connaissance et à la maîtrise de l’environnement Vietnam.
Jean-Philippe est également Chargé de Cours en Économie du Vietnam et en management interculturel à l’INALCO (Institut National des Langues et Civilisations Oriantales) établissement supérieur dans lequel il a soutenu sa thèse de Doctorat. Jean-Philippe enseigne également la « négociation internationale » à l’Université Sorbonne Nouvelle.
Jean-Philippe est également enseignant-chercheur à l’Université de Thăng Long (Hanoi – Vietnam) où il travaille sur les problématiques « de culture d’entreprises et d’efficacité opérationnelle”.
Jean-Philippe est par ailleurs auditeur de l’IHEDN (SR 195è) et titulaire d’un MBA de l’Ecole de Guerre Economique en Intelligence Economique.
