Pauline Geyer, a former intern at Asia Centre, holds a dual master’s degree in International Security from Sciences Po Paris and International Affairs from Peking University. Previously, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Social Sciences from the University of Erfurt in Germany. Her interest in Asian politics and geopolitical developments was shaped by a gap year in Malaysia, studies at National Chengchi University in Taipei, as well as internship and research roles at the Taiwan Center for Security Studies and Asia Centre Paris. Her expertise is centred on Europe-Asia relations, East Asian security policy and developments in modern warfare.
